Once an individual becomes a Future Farmer, they remain a member for life. Upon the completion of their apprenticeship or internship, we provide ongoing support, as our focus is on the long-term development of individuals rather than merely increasing programme throughput. Should a member require guidance on financial planning, business initiation, contract review, and other matters, we are readily available to assist or to refer them to experts who can offer appropriate support.

Established in 2006, we now have our alumni recruiting from our member pool, participating as mentors, and serving on our Board of Trustees. We take great pride in witnessing the cycle come full circle, as the young individuals once guided by Future Farmers are now influencing the future of the next generation.
