Thabiso Masondo is a recent graduate who is currently serving an apprenticeship in layer farming. She sent in this lovely picture of her at work, enjoying what she does.

Thabiso says "In this picture, I was collecting eggs from the nest box. After this task I grade and store the eggs at the egg room, waiting for the delivery truck to fetch them."

"I have learned that I have to be faithful in whatever I do no matter how big or small the task is, I have to give my  best always! When I came here to Mayfield broiler breeder farm, I was just a graduate with lot of theory and zero experience but now I am proud to say I've grown so much, in such a way that I am independent at work and I can finish my work on time. I am an excellent employee."
